You will receive an email confirming your scheduled appointment from Quest Mobile.

You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Changes made less than 24 hours in advance of a scheduled appointment will not be eligible for a refund.
There is a non-refundable cancellation fee of $10, which includes Quest Mobile administrative fees. In some states, applicable taxes are non-refundable as well.
If you do not complete your in-home visit within 60 days of your purchase, your purchase will expire and you will be charged the full collection fee.
You may be responsible for a portion of laboratory testing fees, which is separate from this mobile collection fee and any bill you may have received from your physician and/or paid at your physician’s office.
